Over the course of the last four months, Ahern has partnered with Juliane Troicki of Illuminating Project LLC and Laura Schneider of Studio L Photography to tell the stories of 17 Ahern women. These stories, which are told through photojournalism and biographical narratives, are that of resilience, compassion, and hope. 

Women make up just 10% of the construction industry in the United States; in this male-dominated field, women are often faced with a distinct set of challenges and obstacles – and with that comes a unique perspective and lived experience. While this career path is what brings many of these women together, their jobs are just one facet of their lives. They are not only leaving their mark at Ahern, but making an impact on their families, friends, and communities alike.
