Ben and Lisa were married on September 6^th, with a ceremony and reception at Veterans’ Terrace at Echo Park. It was a beautiful Lake Geneva area wedding.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Ben’s family before and even got to photograph his sister’s amazing destination wedding. So, I was beyond excited to get to work with them again—they are the sweetest family!

Ben and Lisa had decided not to have a “first look” and opted not to see each other before the ceremony. Ben saw his stunning bride for the first time as she walked down the steps with her father. The love in his eyes was absolutely priceless!

During the reception later, Lisa surprised Ben with the University of Wisconsin marching band. Ben is a UW-Madison graduate, so he absolutely loved the surprise—and the band was so upbeat that all the guests were constantly up and out of their seats to sing and dance.
